How does the hydrogen kit allow us to reduce fuel consumption? The engines work with pistons that move back and forth at a considerable speed, and when the piston returns, air and fuel are sucked into the engine’s combustion chamber. How does the HHO system work?
The HHO Generator hydrolyses the ionised water into oxygen and hydrogen and the gas mixture improves the combustibility of fuel to burn completely. HHO gas speeds up the flame propagation within the combustion chamber, allowing more time for combustion (because it starts immediately and burns more thoroughly) thereby causing more complete fuel combustion. This increased efficiency gives more power from fuel with each rotation of the crankshaft; the driver can also accelerate more gently, resulting in a more fuel-efficient engine. A large amount of HHO gas is not required, but the correct amount must be delivered in the most efficient and precise manner possible.

The HHO gas (hydrogen and oxygen) burns in the combustion chamber and turns back into water (H2O), but as it is so hot in the combustion chamber, the water becomes superheated steam or super-hot water vapour. Water Vapour is invisible when it emerges from your exhaust, so won’t make a big storm cloud when the vehicle is driven down the street.
